About the PR
Sets the layer of external gaslocks to WallLayer - they should be impassible by small creatures.
Note that portable gaslocks are still AirlockLayer, so mice and mothroaches can hide under them. Best of luck little buddy.

How to test
Spawn a gaslock, spawn a mothroach, become mothroach, try to scurry under a gaslock, you should run into it.
